Everyone's posted. Suffice it to say that he was the real deal.

He spoke at my undergrad graduation and I thought it was the best possible choice in the world, like I'd been consulted even though there were twenty thousand or more people there.

Isn't it incredible? ...That you could feel that level of "one on one" with him mid a sea of thousands? Absolutely amazing.

You should not steal things from people. Especially words. Give them credit. Unless you asked first, then it's ok I suppose. This is regarding an entry from long ago.

Umm...I think you're weird spam that doesn't actually refer to something specific.

But, that said, I do try to give credit and I'm quite the proponent that there's little if anything new under the sun.

I quote people and I mangle ideas, but I'd like to think that I'd never take more than a sentence.

Of course there is that sentiment that bad writers plagiarize and good writers steal...

Best,
G.

You know me, I don't get mad!

And now I think I understand...

Sometimes I quote people I know without mentioning their names, especially if it's work-related
without mentioning names
because blogging about work
is dangerous...
(without mentioning names)
and you rock...

You know what I've almost done?

I've (at least once) almost put the list of justine-approved books on here...

seriously, you rock!
